Terms of Service

1. Scope
Cotasky provides access to an online catalog of digital services and tools, including file conversion, document processing, utility services, and other features that may appear on the website.
2. Acceptance
By using the website, creating an account, uploading files, or starting a service operation, the user accepts these terms. If the terms are not acceptable, the user must stop using the service.
3. Account and security
The user is responsible for account access and all actions performed from the account. Sharing access, bypassing limits, interfering with the website, or using the service for illegal materials or actions is prohibited.
4. User files and results
Files, projects, previews, and processing results are available only to the user who owns them, or through a temporary token before authentication. The user is responsible for checking source files and results before further use.
5. Service quality
The service is provided as an online tool with reasonable quality control, monitoring, and technical support. We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee that every file, format, external service, or specific scenario will be processed without errors, delays, or limitations.
6. Credits, operations, and access
Credits and other internal service units are used to launch operations inside the platform and are not money, a bank account, or electronic money. After an operation is launched, credits may be charged according to the terms of the specific service.
7. Complex cases and support
If an operation is incorrect, a technical error occurs, or a disputed situation arises, the user should contact support: support@cotasky.tech. We review such cases individually and may offer a technical fix, repeat processing, access restoration, or another service remedy at our discretion.
8. Refunds and compensation
The platform focuses on providing digital service access and quality control. Cash refunds, exchange of credits for money, compensation for indirect losses, or reimbursement of user expectations are not provided unless required by applicable law or by a separate written support decision.
9. Changes
We may update the terms, services, access rules, operation pricing, and technical limitations. The new version applies from publication on the website unless stated otherwise.
